Position: Full-Time Wellness Coach / Sales Specialist
Your Role:
Guide guests in achieving their wellness goals through our services like cryotherapy, IV therapy, and body sculpting
Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships
Promote iCRYO’s services via social media, referrals, and local events
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly wellness goals with performance-based rewards
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
What You Bring:
2-3 years of experience in wellness, sales, or coaching (fitness or health-related background preferred)
Outgoing, energetic communicator with a strong desire to help others
Goal-oriented and driven by results, with the ability to build relationships
Team player who stays organized and takes initiative
Availability to work 40–45 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
