Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA. With 5 offices, 19 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy strives to help everyone feel their very best. We have recently expanded south to team up with Dr. Lippincott and his team in Statesboro! Duties (summary): The Hearing Aid Specialist is responsible for providing quality patient care services by performing diagnostic evaluations, selecting appropriate amplification devices, and counseling patients and their families about hearing loss. Our Ideal Candidate: A licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser with previous sales and customer service experience. A team player with excellent verbal communication skills who is motivated by helping people hear better. Skills and Qualifications: • Hold a license to dispense hearing aids with the State Board of Hearing Instrument Specialists/Audiology • Minimum of 3 years of previous sales or customer service experience • Communication skills to converse clearly with patients in person • Demonstrate competence required to work independently to provide treatment and best recommendation for hearing impaired patients • Ability to read and comprehend results and orders • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen • Punctual and dependable • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit Benefits: We offer comprehensive insurance options for full-time employees and their families, 401(k), generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
