Job Description
We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Helpdesk Support
Mode of Interview: Both Phone and in person
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Work Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: EST
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Application Support Experience.
- 3 years of strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and basic network issues.
- 3 years of experience supporting remote users.
- 3 years of experience in ability to handle multiple competing priorities and multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 3 years of experience and demonstrating commitment to exceptional customer service with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of Oracle Health Millenium Cerner EHR experience
- 3 years of experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM tool.
- 3 years of experience and strong written and oral communication skills.
