Job Description
Medium-firm with a long history in immigration law and managed by a lead attorney, Board Certified in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law by Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sanjay S. Mathur, providing an opportunity for a full-time Associate Attorney. Candidates must have the ability to handle their own docket of cases with occasional direct mentorship. The firm handles immigration compliance, criminal and immigration proceedings, removal proceedings, and prosecution of applications for individuals and some employment-based compliance. The candidate should possess a minimum of 3-10 years of experience in employment-based immigration law, with experience in all aspects of immigration law, including family, employment, investor petitions, along with naturalization and adjustments of status.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, enjoy legal research, be methodical, punctual, presentable, articulate, and have strong literacy skills, and take pride in the appearance and thoroughness of their work.
