Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage all aspects of international freight forwarding, including ocean, air, and ground transportation.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including classification, documentation, and entry procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with direct carriers, negotiating rates and service agreements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customs brokers, carriers, and external partners to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Analyze logistics data to improve routing, transit times, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, reports, and records.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity between systems.

The gross salary range is $50,000 - $65,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
- Minimum of three years of experience in international freight forwarding or related logistics roles.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import/export compliance.
- Knowledge of HTS classifications
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Experience working with direct carrier contracts and rate negotiations.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with HTS classifications and knowledge of Incoterms, preferred.
- Experience with global trade compliance software and ERP systems, preferred.
