💼 Your Role & ResponsibilitiesRepresent local and national nonprofit organizations at community events, pop-up campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Engage directly with the public to share campaign messages , raise awareness, and encourage donations or newsletter sign-ups
Assist with event setup, booth management, and distribution of promotional materials
Collect and report on key data: donor interactions, campaign metrics, and public feedback
Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm and optimize outreach strategies
Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, public speaking, and donor engagement
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Passion for nonprofit work, social causes, and community outreach
Positive, energetic attitude and a team-first mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to work flexible shifts , including evenings or weekends as needed
