Role and focus We are seeking Design Professionals, Program Leaders, and Technical Analysts to support engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects. Serve as engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects. Collaborate with HDR’s planners, engineers and utility management experts to deliver resilient, sustainable stormwater solutions.
