We are partnering with an Am Law 5 firm to hire a Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) to provide high-level support to attorneys in their Baltimore office. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive professional to join one of the most respected firms in the industry.

About the Role

The LEA will serve as a trusted business partner to attorneys-managing priorities, coordinating client communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role blends executive-level administrative support with deep exposure to the legal and business aspects of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, proof, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
• Liaise between attorneys, clients, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion.
• Support billing, reporting, and project management activities.
• Collaborate with Legal Support Assistants and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.

What Youll Bring

• Prior experience supporting attorneys or executives in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High proficiency with MS Office, document management, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions.
