Job Details

• Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
• Manage contract workflows in CLM system
• Assist with corporate entity management
• Manage filings, docketing, and patent renewals
• Perform extensive legal and factual research
• Manage confidential client information
• Salary Range: $75-90k annually, based on experience
• Excellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401(k)!

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years’ paralegal experience
• Must have litigation experience
• Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
