Johnstone Supply is ready to hire a full-time Local Delivery Driver to work in and around Rosedale , MD saving the day for our clients by completing timely deliveries of the products, supplies, and equipment that they order. This position earns a competitive wage of $18-$22/hr , along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus monthly and yearly bonuses . Our Local Parts Delivery Drivers enjoy coming to work and feel valued for their contributions to the team.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibly and respectfully you load and unload the company-provided work van full of customer's orders of equipment, parts, and supplies. As a Local Parts Delivery Driver, you ensure that every item arrives at the right place along your designated route, at the right time, and safely. And, you are a competent and dependable driver who navigates the roads with the utmost concern to those around you. You also receive UPS or miscellaneous orders. With you around, every client experience is a positive one as you remember to check in with clients and even assist them with 'will call' pickups.

Around the warehouse, you confidently operate a forklift, hand truck, manual pallet jack, and other equipment, truly taking the safety of others and yourself seriously. Our warehouse has never been cleaner and safer with you around. At the end of the day, you meticulously complete all the needed paperwork and are satisfied with your contributions to the happiness of our clients and the success of our company!

• High school diploma or GED (equivalent)
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Possess a valid DOT medical card and pass a DOT medical exam
• Must have basic computer and map-reading skills
• The physical capability to complete job-related tasks to include maneuvering up to 75 lbs
• Any prior truck driving/forklift experience is preferred!
