Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation & Lot Organization
Ensure vehicles are showroom-ready at all times
Arrange vehicles neatly and consistently across the lot
Move vehicles safely to accommodate sales, deliveries, and displays
Inventory Management
Track vehicle inventory and ensure accuracy (keys, tags, stock numbers)
Conduct routine lot and inventory checks
Report missing, damaged, or misplaced vehicles immediately
Assist with incoming and outgoing vehicle deliveries
General Lot Duties
Maintain cleanliness of the lot and surrounding areas
Monitor vehicle condition and report mechanical or cosmetic issues
Assist sales staff with vehicle access and staging
Follow all safety and dealership procedures
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent vehicle entry/exit and driving
