Spotlight is working on a contract-to-hire Machinist job opportunity with a client in El Segundo, CA. This is a 100% on-site position.
Key Skills:
- Experience utilizing Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines, including conversational programming, G-codes, and Mastercam software
- Ability to independently perform programming, machine set-ups, and operation of various standard shop equipment.
- Proficiency in the fabrication and assembly of precision-machined prototype hardware, working with a range of materials including metallic alloys, ceramics, plastics, and specialized compositions.
- Strong understanding of GD&T tolerancing and experience with precision measuring tools for component inspection.
