Role Overview


The Market Sales Manager (MSM) is the face of the company for ZAGG. Their primary objective is focusing on retail sell-thru in their assigned territory via weekly store visits, trainings, and events. They maintain and expand relationships with retail partners, aiming to improve sell-thru performance through product and sales process training, merchandising compliance, and strategic account objectives.

Key Relationships



  • US Wireless carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.

  • Consumer electronics retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.

Activities & Responsibilities



  • Manage budget for the assigned market.

  • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

  • Conduct regular market visits and establish professional relationships with retail leadership.

  • Travel as needed to supported markets.

  • Source retailer training opportunities at various levels to educate retail employees.

  • Participate in sales events to demonstrate the sales process.

  • Assess and validate customer needs continually.

  • Enhance retailer personnel knowledge of ZAGG products.

  • Work with retailers to integrate our products into their sales processes.

  • Audit in-store merchandising and confirm marketing initiatives.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics/wireless retail.

  • Ability to be physically present for training, presentations, and meetings; some travel required.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Microsoft Enterprise Software.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
