Industrial Access Bulk Materials is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships, generate new business, and enhance our brand visibility.

Industrial Access Bulk Materials provides a full range of specialized services for industries handling bulk materials such as grain, cement, lime, coal, salt, clay, fly ash, and more. Our expertise covers cleaning, inspection, fire suppression, repair, and maintenance of bulk material storage structures, including silos, tanks, bins, and bunkers.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of a variety of marketing activities, including:

• Developing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Designing impactful marketing materials such as brochures, banners, trade show displays, and digital assets.
• Managing and creating content for our social media channels to build meaningful connections with our audience.
• Implementing SEO strategies to improve website performance and visibility.
• Maintaining and updating the company website with fresh, relevant content.
• Coordinating logistics and providing support for trade show exhibitions.
• Analyzing campaign performance to identify insights and optimize future strategies.
• Conducting keyword research and optimizing web content for search engines.
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring creative projects to life.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing, graphic design, social media management, SEO, and website management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Prior experience with trade show coordination or event planning is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to attend trade shows, industry events, and represent the company as needed

Salary Range for this role is $52,000.00 - $70,000.00
