Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Marketing Associate to support the design, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and other channels
• Manage social media platforms, monitoring engagement and analyzing results
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute promotional events
• Analyze marketing data to inform and improve ongoing strategies
• Conduct market research to keep campaigns aligned with industry trends
• Coordinate logistics for special events such as trade shows
• Support travel advisors with targeted marketing campaigns
• Maintain website content and assist with other marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with marketing software and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Google Analytics, SEO tools)
• Graphic design or web development experience a plus, but not required

Working Conditions:

• Office-based in Boca Raton, Florida
• Flexible part-time hours, with occasional evenings or weekends for events

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to sit, stand, and move intermittently through the day
