The role requires a California medical license, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and a minimum of five years of physician experience.

Vivo HealthStaff is searching for an Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician with a desire to work with the geriatric population. The physician will be the clinical leader of an expansion in the San Diego market. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

What you'll be working on:

• Operational and Strategic Initiative (Enrollment Growth, Patient Experience, Provider Productivity, HCC/RAF scores, Hospital Admissions, Provider Satisfaction)
• Lead Monthly Provider/Clinical Quality Meetings
• Provide Direction and Guidance for Office Staff and Clinical Providers
• Supervise NP/PAs
• Ensure provider compliance and regulatory and legal requirements

1. A Valid and Unrestricted California Medical License
2. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
3. A Valid DEA license
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician
