2. Responsibilities

• Below-wing services: Guiding, parking, and loading and unloading luggage and cargo.
• Ground operations: Marshalling planes, transporting baggage and cargo, and operating equipment like stairs.
• Safeguarding customers' baggage, protecting air cargo and airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage, and/or destruction.
• Complying with all airport authority and carrier security requirements.
• Performing hazard checks and inspections.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull.
• Lift weights of 40 to 70 pounds on raised surfaces.
• Work in cramped or high places.
• Carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
• Other duties as assigned

3. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing including drug testing and a physical.
• Ability to safely lift to 70 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• You may have to deal with long queues.
• You may be based at a desk or moving around the airport.
• You would have to wear a uniform.
• It can be a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
