We are offering EB3 Visa sponsorship for international students who meet the qualifications. Must have an active OPT upon graduation and be ready to start working around the activation date. Willingness to pursue further education through our Day One CPT program is required, with options available in Kansas City for an MSN. Must work while enrolled in the CPT program, which is hybrid and online. Education must be obtained in the United States and applicants must currently reside in the United States to be considered. Applications can be submitted six months in advance for the Graduate Nurse role and relocation opportunities if necessary. Complete a single application, and a recruiter will arrange an initial interview with you to discuss your interests and hospital preferences. Note: Sponsorship positions are limited to specific departments, but opportunities for advancement to specialty units are available after one year. Sign-on bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 are available for eligible candidates (varies by hospital and unit). Positions are primarily for FT Night Shift in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac, and Progressive Care Units. A $5,000 relocation bonus is provided for candidates moving more than 50 miles from our hospitals. Hospitals currently offering sponsorship include Belton Regional Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center, Menorah Medical Center, Research Medical Center, and Research Psychiatric Center. We reserve the right to limit sponsorship locations based on our needs at the time of application. The HCA Nurse Residency Program offers essential training components: Advanced clinical training in specialty areas. Monthly educational sessions on relevant topics. Preceptorship training with experienced staff. Hands-on simulation practice to evaluate skills. Mentorship from nurse leaders. Collaborative evidence-based practice projects. The RN Resident will provide high-quality, patient-centered care according to departmental standards. You will work alongside healthcare providers to give personalized care and support for an optimal patient experience. Your Role Includes: Assessing patient conditions and reporting any significant changes. Performing procedures as ordered and documenting actions clearly in medical records. Administering medications and monitoring for therapeutic effects. Responding promptly to patient requests and proactively meeting their needs. Educating patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the state. No previous experience required. Some travel may be necessary for training.
