The Nurse Administrative Coordinator is a professional management person responsible for coordination and direction of hospital operations, clinical and administrative activities in the absence of the clinical mangers, dept. heads and administration. **Responsibilities:** + Assures that hospital operations continue and the needs of patients and their families are met in an effective and efficient manner. + When needed, communicates to the on-call administrative staff to keep them informed of significant occurrences and receive further direction. + Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital. **What you will need:** + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's degree in nursing preferred + Current licensure by the Maryland State Board as a Registered Nurse + BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association) + Requires at least five (5) years' nursing experience in a hospital that included a variety of direct contact with clinical service, material management, medical staff, and patient admission departments. + Two (2) years of management experience required. + Advanced computer skills to include data entry and retrieval, including Microsoft specialty products. + Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English language. + Ability to effectively communicate complex and comprehensive information thoroughly and succinctly. Pay Range: $43.36 - 62.67 Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
