Are you passionate about plants and ready to lead a team in a thriving nursery environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure our plants—and our people—flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursery operations
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 staff members
• Oversee plant care, inventory, and quality control
• Engage with customer service and sales when needed
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with ownership on planning, scheduling, and improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of plants, horticulture, and nursery practices
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a nursery or landscaping setting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with irrigation systems or landscape installation
• Familiarity with POS systems or inventory software
