Associate Attorney - Personal Injury (Charlotte, NC)

We are a dynamic, mid-size personal injury firm with a strong history of growth and success. With 20+ attorneys and 100+ team members across North Carolina and Georgia , we're expanding rapidly and looking for talented attorneys to join our team.

We're seeking a North Carolina-licensed Associate Attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to make a significant impact for clients. This role is ideal for attorneys ready to leave behind the burden of running their own firm or handling administrative work, and instead focus on high-volume litigation and delivering the best possible settlements for clients.

The Ideal Candidate

✔ Licensed in North Carolina
✔ 2 to 4 years of legal experience (personal injury experience preferred but not required)
✔ Strong litigation and negotiation skills
✔ A client-focused mindset and passion for helping others
✔ A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent case management abilities
✔ Positive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about growth

Compensation and Benefits

???? Starting Salary: $75,000
???? Earnings Potential:

• Year 1: Base + commission opportunities

• Year 2+: 100% commission (average earnings $125K+ in Year 1, $200K+ for senior attorneys)
