Accountabilities

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, organizing meetings, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Customer Service: order entry, order acknowledgement, communicate promise dates & order status, customer invoicing, etc.
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• General office management: mail, coffee, printer, assist with 5S, answer phone, etc.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
