About the Role

As the Operational Data and Billing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our financial systems accurate, efficient, and aligned with our mission. Youll work closely with program partners and internal teams to process invoices, manage purchase orders, maintain sales order records, and ensure data integrity within our financial systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, invoicing, and operations experience looking to grow into a permanent role with impact.

Major Duties

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Monitor and validate price proposals and purchase orders (POs)
• Set up and manage Sales Orders using internal software
• Accurately process and submit invoices
• Resolve discrepancies with program partners or customers
• Maintain accurate digital and physical invoice records for audits
• Provide friendly, timely support to both customers and partners
• Track funding balances and account statuses
• Generate and compile financial and operations reports as needed
• Support collections and data maintenance efforts as requested

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, or operations
• Proficiency with databases, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast?paced environment
• Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
• A self?starter who thrives working both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or bachelors degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Advanced experience with invoicing, database software, and reporting tools
