We're looking for an Operations Associate to join our Sealing team. This role reports to the Sealing Supervisor and works out of our Jersey City office.
What You'll Do: - Seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards, and event tickets
- Learning various sizes of gasket sizes and card holders
- Maintain knowledge of coins and sports cards
- Crack-out and re-seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards according to changes
Who You Are: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills needed, 10-key is a plus
- Ability to following directions, work well with others, and must be able to handle delicate items with the utmost care
- Able to lift 10 pounds or more
Physical Requirements: - Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
- Computer Use : Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
- Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.
- Hand Use : Regular hand use for various tasks.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.
Sitting or Standing : Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
