What Youll Do

• Lead and manage production, quality, and transportation operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Coach and develop Operations Supervisors and hourly team members.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication and leadership.
• Create weekly operational plans to meet customer volume and service commitments.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR on staffing, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Oversee facility equipment and act as liaison with USPS.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel expertise preferred).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lean experience is a plus.
