If you’re eager to build a career in cannabis cultivation, processing, and packaging, this is a fantastic opportunity! This is an entry-level position! No prior experience necessary

Open Position:  Packaging Technician

Packaging Technician – 2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Overtime Available)
• Pay: $19.50/hr (Includes Shift Premium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, seal, label, and prepare cannabis products for final packaging and distribution.
• Conduct quality control inspections to prevent contamination or product damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older (state cannabis regulation requirement)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Franklin, NJ facility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or manufacturing is a plus but not required
