Working from home, the School Psychologist will support students’ learning, social development, and mental and behavioral health using problem solving, assessment and data-based decision-making. Position Summary The primary responsibility is to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in grades PK-12. The candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and professionals to create a supportive learning environment. Primary Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychological evaluations using a variety of assessment tools for students in grades PK-12. Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests to assess cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Compile detailed evaluation reports with findings, recommendations, and potential interventions. Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to gather relevant information and promote effective implementation of services. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss outcomes and contribute to IEP development. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all evaluations and related documentation. Utilize varied models and methods of assessment for identifying strengths and needs and measuring progress. Implement services supporting cognitive, academic, social, and behavioral health, including behavioral supports, counseling, and social skills training. Provide professional services promoting effective functioning for individuals, families, and schools with diverse characteristics. Evaluate and apply research as a foundation for service delivery and collaborate with others on data collection and analysis. Ensure services are consistent with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Stay current with best practices in psychological assessment and school psychology. Other duties as assigned. Equipment Provided by Company Laptop Second monitor Headset Webcam School Psychologist Assessment Library Equipment Required by Employee Mouse (required) Keyboard (required) Requirements Accredited graduate degree program at the specialist‑level or higher (minimum 60 graduate semester hours and a 1,200‑hour supervised internship, with at least 600 hours in a school setting). Current or eligible to obtain a School Psychologist license/certificate for priority schools. National School Psychologist Certification (preferred). Proven experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting; virtual experience preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques. Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Highly organized and punctual. Customer focused approach. High degree of flexibility, problem solving, consultation, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
