Position Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young adults, from newborn through 21 years of age. Our team is committed to supporting your growth and will provide pediatric training if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well visits, sick visits, and preventive services.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions in pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
• Volume-based annual bonus
• Relocation assistance is not provided

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
• Active Texas medical license (required)
• New graduates are welcome to apply; pediatric experience is not required (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach

• January 2026.
