We’re Hiring: Remote Health & Fitness Coach (Contractor Role)
Work directly with clients through the Ben Greenfield Coaching platform
Ben Greenfield Coaching is looking for passionate, driven health and fitness coaches to join our remote team as Independent Contractors. This is an incredible opportunity to support clients through proven, science-backed methods rooted in Ben Greenfield’s coaching philosophy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in health, fitness, or nutrition coaching (personal training, health coaching, or similar)
Strong alignment with Ben Greenfield’s health and performance philosophy
Excellent communication skills for remote client interaction
Proficiency with digital coaching tools and platforms
Commitment to reading Boundless and staying current with Ben Greenfield’s podcasts and articles
What You’ll Do:
Deliver personalized fitness and nutrition coaching
Use Company-provided platforms, templates, and tools
Communicate with clients using a dedicated Company email
Customize plans based on client needs using provided resources
Engage in regular training and development opportunities
Receive client leads from our internal Coach Services Team
Ideal Candidates
Passionate about biohacking, fitness, and holistic wellness
Knowledgeable and experienced in coaching or personal training
Aligned with Ben Greenfield’s approach to health and performance
Professional, responsive, and client-focused in communication
