Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished “Pharmacy Assistant”

** LOCATION: Onsite Role | Client Location: 802 134th Street SW, C140, Everett, WA 98204

** DURATION: 5-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: Schedule #1: Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.95/hr.

SUMMARY:

The Pharmacy Assistant works in a fast-paced automated refill center, performing warehouse and production tasks such as packing prescriptions, receiving and shipping. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standard procedures (including HIPAA compliance), and the capacity to meet daily production goals while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process prescription orders for shipping
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions
• Sort orders by store location and place into corresponding totes
• Load products into delivery trucks
• Maintain consistent workflow to meet production targets
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and ICARE principles
• Recognize, address, and escalate issues appropriately
• Ensure compliance with federal/state HIPAA laws and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Education : High School diploma.
• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant Certification (Can be applied for post-offer)
• Ability to lift and carry 20–25 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and grasp as part of daily tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment
