We are seeking a Physician Assistant to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care in a fast paced environment as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments per facility protocols
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care (Provider works directly under a supervising physician)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ER or Urgent Care setting (at least 2 years experience).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (a must have)
• Able to perform minor procedures such laceration repair, Abscess I&D , Joint Injections etc (must know how to do laceration repair)
• Candidates with higher GRE scores will be preferred. Verbal (160+) and Quant (160+)
• Highly Qualified candidates (high GRE scores and 2 years of ER/Urgentcare Experience) are considered for higher Gross Pay .

Schedule :

• Each shift is 12 hours (9AM to 9PM)
• 3.5 shifts a week . (2.5 weekdays) 1 weekend day . Saturday
• Major Holidays Christmas, New Years , Easter , Thanksgiving are off.
