Role Description

Global Clinix is seeking a part-time Principal Investigator (PI) physician to join our growing clinical research team. This hybrid role is based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work.

We are looking for a physician who is interested in expanding their own private practice by collaborating with our network of primary care physicians, participating in clinical trials, and potentially receiving referrals as part of our integrated care and research model.

This role offers flexibility and can be structured around your existing schedule. While prior experience in clinical research is preferred, it is not required—we’re open to working with motivated physicians who are eager to learn and grow in this space.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Investigator or Sub Investigator on clinical trials and ensure overall oversight of study-related medical activities

• Collaborate with Global Clinix staff, sponsors, and regulatory bodies as needed

• Participate in protocol review, subject recruitment, and site visits

• Foster strong relationships with our in-house physicians and referring providers to help integrate research into clinical care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certification in a relevant medical specialty (open to a variety of specialties)

• Active medical license in Florida

• Strong interest in clinical research and willingness to learn if no prior experience

• Good clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Strong business acumen and interest in growing private practice through clinical collaboration

• Experience with clinical trials is preferred but not required
