Process incoming print estimate requests from Sales utilizing BioTouch’s proprietary estimating software to obtain the most efficient estimate and production options for the project or product being produced.

• Calculate and determine all necessary production operations, amount of material(s) needed and to determine the cost(s) of material(s) and labor required for the manufacture of the project or product. Communications and planning with other departments and resources may be required.
• Generate quote letters and communicate clearly and efficiently with Sales throughout the estimating process.
• Follow all work procedures and instructions per training and instruction by Department Supervisor.
• Contact outside vendors for estimates requiring buyout.
• Maintain quotes within estimating system that are repeatable and can be shared and followed by teammates for maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• Work to maximize efficiency and productivity in all projects by utilizing all of the resources available
• Project a positive attitude and promote teamwork. Assist coworkers whenever possible with departmental tasks and shared workload.
• Attend and participate in any and all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual meetings per invitation and instruction.
• Help promote a culture where we exceed our customer expectations (internal and external).
