Who You Are

Perfect Communications , a leading provider of direct mail services and commercial print is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Moorestown, NJ facility. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

The right individual for this position will be able to multi-task and run multiple concurrent projects. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


What You'll Do

Project Planning and Management
  • Coordinate production of projects, including working with sales, production and design teams to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide daily status reports to clients.
  • Ensure the production schedule is adhered to and that any potential delays are communicated promptly.
Client Liaison
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring that projects meet their specifications and timelines.
  • Address any issues or concern raised by clients, providing solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • You will be communicating with customers via phone and email. Occasional virtual and in-person meeting are required.
What You Bring

Experience
  • Minimum of two years of project management experience in the printing, gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or USPS mailing rules are a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Understanding of the printing process, including pre-press, press and post-press operations.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be able to work on site at our Moorestown, NJ location.
What We Offer
  • Compensation starts at $70,000 annually and may be commensurate with experience.
