Job Description

Acara Solutions has an opening for 2 Process Technicians (Entry Level) in Tualatin, OR for a semiconductor company.

Daily responsibilities:

1. Upholding Lam's Core Values

2. Maintain 300mm Wafer tool processing in a safe, orderly and efficient manner in Class 10 cleanroom environment R&D Lab
   1. Operations of process tools and metrology tools
3. Clear documentation and communication via email, IM, Excel spreadsheets, internal systems
4. Following BKMs and procedures accurately
5. Preparing and executing instructions from Engineers/management
   1. Looking ahead to prep upcoming experiments in advance
6. Follow laws to take breaks and lunch, be accountable for oneself
7. Daily housekeeping of designated lab areas
8. Staying up to date on required WBTs (web-based training)
9. Stopping and asking when things are unclear/unsafe to Engineers and management
10. Reviewing results for pre-measurement by verifying particle and thickness data
11. Basic trouble shooting of alarms and documentation of alarms
12. Sending daily passdown at shift end
13. Walking ~3-8 miles per day
14. Lifting ~20 pounds regularly (FOUPs/FOSBs)
15. Carrying FOUPs/FOSBs regularly/daily while walking through Lab and to various buildings (~20lbs)
16. Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities

Shift: Onsite, Back-end nights - Wed-Fri (+every other sat), 5pm-5am__(30 min lunch not included)
Pay Rate: $31 - $33 (incl shift)
Duration: 2 year contract
