Job Title: Produce Packer – Warehouse (Bilingual Required)
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Day and swing shifts available

Job Description:

We are hiring Produce Packers to join our warehouse team in  Miami, FL . In this role, you'll be responsible for packing, sorting, and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables for shipment to major retailers. Working hours vary based on business needs.

This is a hands-on position in a refrigerated warehouse environment.  Bilingual English/Spanish is required for clear communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and inspect fresh produce for quality
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily packing quotas with speed and accuracy
• Work as part of a team to fulfill large-scale orders

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold storage
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous warehouse or produce experience is required
• Able to work on-call if needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
