Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production CAD Designer position include:

• 3–5 years of experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of sheet metal, welded assemblies, machined parts, plastic molded parts, and electrical drawings
• Ability to redraw detailed 2D/3D models for mechanical equipment using CAD tools
• Interpret existing drawings/specs to produce fabrication and submittal drawings
• Perform data entry to support ECN and prototype development in ERP systems
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and shop staff to resolve design issues
• Create schematic and orthographic layouts for parts and assemblies
• Maintain accuracy, prioritize time-sensitive issues, and manage multiple projects independently

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
