\n\nRubber Mixer
\n\t\n\tMetal Treatment Technician
\n\t\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nMix ingredients into the Banbury mixer, monitor temperature, and drop batches
\n\t\n\tMonitor computer console to ensure proper mix recipes
\n\t\n\tWeigh raw materials per formulated recipes using scales; adjust portions to specified weights
\n\t\n\tRead and follow formula/recipe to determine material types and quantities
\n\t\n\tRecord material weights for production tracking or maintain perpetual inventory
\n\t\n\tDump materials in prescribed sequence into roller-mounted boxes
\n\t\n\tTransfer weighed materials to production or storage areas using rollers or hand trucks
\n\t\n\tSort weighed materials into designated bins/containers by type or weight
\n\t\n\tOperate the 84? mill: start, monitor, cut, and end milling cycles per procedure
\n\t\n\tSheet, stack, and pack rubber—both manually and automatically—for shipping
\n\t\n\tMaintain operator-controlled quality throughout all processes
\n\t\n\tComplete all Mixvision and SAP transactions accurately
\n\t\n\tWeigh and deliver mixed rubber to appropriate areas
\n\t\n\tKeep work area clean, neat, and safe
\n\t\n\tPerform other duties as assigned by supervision
\n\t\nQualifications
\n\nProven ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
\n\t\n\tComfortable using computerized control consoles and inventory systems
\n\t\n\tPhysically able to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods
\n\t\n\tAbility to wear respirator and other required PPE
\n\t\n\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety
\n\t\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nSchedule case prep/treat equipment clean-out and recharge cycles
\n\t\n\tCoordinate disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
\n\t\n\tMonitor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) responsibilities for all prep/treat equipment
\n\t\n\tTrack chemical inventory and coordinate re-order points with suppliers (BGL)
\n\t\n\tPerform titrations on phosphating equipment according to run charts
\n\t\n\tManage Kanban and spot orders to maintain smooth workflow
\n\t\n\tMaintain accurate paperwork, logs, and process charts
\n\t\n\tPerform other duties as directed by supervision
\n\t\nQualifications
\n\nExcellent attendance record
\n\t\n\tAbility to perform physical demands of the role: moderate lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, etc.
\n\t\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\t\n\n\t\t\t\t
