Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations / Manufacturing department supporting the overall production efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (Depending on experience)

What's the Job?

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.
• Monitor workflows, materials, and personnel to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Train, evaluate, and provide guidance to plant workers, operators, and technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, safety protocols, and quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with production software or ERP systems.
