You have Experience developing engaging activities programs for Seniors in care environments.
You have Experience Supervising a team.
You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle.
You have good computer skills.

You are a skilled caregiver with no Activity Leadership Experience: Check out our Career page.
You have no working or volunteer experience working with Older Adults.
You're not Great at supervising a team.

Supervise and lead a team of activity leaders and care professionals!
Engage with our Seniors and their families.
Develop activities calendar featuring cognitive skill building, art, music, exercise!
Manage center operations.
Team Environment & Mindset needed: “No Job is Beneath You” (everyone assists w/ everything including cleaning!)

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm
Creative/Innovative and open to new ideas
Background in Arts Education, Gerontology, Sociology, Psychology, OT Assistant, or Recreational Therapy a plus
Strong communication skills
Skilled multi-tasker
