We're searching for a full-time, home inspector to evaluate properties and make sure they are up to snuff! You'll assess all aspects of the homes and apartments, take note of any damages that need to be repaired, and provide a full report for every client. Our ideal candidate is incredibly organized and enjoys helping people. This position is for someone who brings an eagle eye and a problem-solving hat. Sorting issues with a smile is a must. Responsibilities

•Catalog each damaged fixture or system in need of repair so there are no surprises at move-in.
•Manage all lockboxes and access for agents and contractors.
•Manage all keys.
•Assess the property to see if any damages exist or repairs are needed in the home, such as an update to the roofing, HVAC units, security systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, structural components, or other building code updates
•Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified

Qualifications

•Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
•Must carry proof of state license, where applicable, and ASHI certification
•At least one year of work experience at a home inspection company or construction company
•Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
