Job Description

Responsibilities:Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live brand activations, outreach campaigns, and public relations events
Represent client brands at trade shows, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives
Communicate key brand messages to event attendees, engaging the public in a professional and approachable manner
Handle event logistics including setup, on-site support, and breakdown
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
Track event participation and compile basic reports on audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident engaging with the public and representing brands face-to-face
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented in professional settings
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Positive attitude and team player with a willingness to learn and grow
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications , or related field (preferred)
Experience in customer service, hospitality , or event coordination is a plus
Paid, hands-on training — no prior PR experience required
