Transaction Coordinator Full-Time

Location: Cary, NC (Must live within 30 minutes)

Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid

What Youll Do

  • Manage all transaction paperwork from contract to close
  • Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Track due diligence and closing deadlines
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and communication with vendors, clients, attorneys, and lenders
  • Ensure timely, proactive updates to agents and clients
  • Maintain organized databases and files for each transaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve systems and processes

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Full Broker required)
  • Minimum 2 years of residential real estate experience
  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate transaction process
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient with Docusign, Skyslope, Open to Close, and CRMs
  • Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to real estate timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive and based on experience
