JohnHart Real Estate has 12 offices and over 500 agents working tirelessly to help clients sell and purchase homes. It's no surprise that we need a team of highly motivated team members to make sure things run smoothly.

We are a team working together to achieve a common goal, making sure our clients have access to the best agents and best service in the industry. We're seeking some driven and ambitious individuals, who are looking to grow their careers and have an interest in the real estate industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and file incoming documents
  • Assist in the closing of real estate transactions
  • Assist agents with contracts and transactions
  • Maintain client database
  • Liaison between real estate agents, escrow, title, and mortgage brokers
  • Ability to work some Saturdays a month

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Comfort with the internet & title searches, Loopnet, Redfin, MLS etc.
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Great customer service skills & team player
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Fast-paced environment; need to be quick on your feet.
  • Extensive knowledge of disclosures & contracts

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Transactional Real Estate knowledge and DRE license required
  • 3 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator
  • Some college coursework preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: This is an hourly and bonus based on volume position.
