We are seeking a transaction coordinator to assist our rapidly expanding real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate all aspects of contracts, including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. $300 dollars per file

• Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates assuring that the closing process has been done efficiently and correctly
• Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close
• Coordinate and attend closing procedures and set moving schedules
• Make sure inspections are arranged, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
• Ensure that the offer and counteroffers from the buyer are approved by the seller to create a smooth real estate sales process for our clients
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently

• Must have great attention to detail
• Must have outstanding communication and follow-through
• Must be friendly and enjoy working with details to complete tasks

• Has a passion for providing great customer service
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued
• Real estate license preferred or pursuing

• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must love handling details until the task is complete
• Must be a self-starting individual who can work independently to accomplish tasks
