What You'll Do As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our residents by:

• Supporting their daily care needs with compassion and attentiveness.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Documenting care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Responding to resident needs with appropriate interventions.
• Assisting with medications and treatments as required.
