We are seeking an ambitious individual for an entry-level role. Previous insurance experience is NOT REQUIRED. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. The Risk Management Trainee (RMT) position is perfect for someone looking to jumpstart their career and is a fast-track to the world of account management. Duties & Responsibilities

• You will learn the insurance industry from the ground up. For the first few months of this employment, you will focus on learning DII procedures and acquiring the insurance knowledge required to obtain a Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Respond to requests for certificates of insurance from clients in a timely manner
• Learn to process endorsements
• Maintain and update client and policy information in the agency management system

Qualifications & Skills

• No degree or insurance experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• A go-getter attitude and desire to grow your career
• Experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word
