Position- RPA Automation Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Technical Expertise:

• RPA Platform Proficiency: Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

• Providing technical guidance and support to the development team, acting as a point of escalation.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or .NET.

• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.

• IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and data privacy principles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading RPA Development: Designing, developing, and configuring RPA solutions to meet business requirements.

• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of RPA developers, delegating tasks, and ensuring code quality.

• Collaboration: Working with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.

• Solution Design: Creating robust and scalable RPA architectures tailored to business needs.

• Best Practices: Ensuring adherence to RPA standards and guidelines, promoting reusability of automation solutions.

• Project Management: Overseeing RPA development projects from concept to deployment, managing timelines and resources.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring bot performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimizations.

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed design and technical documentation for RPA solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
