Overview We are seeking an S3D or Plant 3D Piping Designer for assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. The selected candidate will create equipment and piping models in 3D software under the direction of Lead Designers. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Cincinnati. Responsibilities Execute piping engineering design Develop design estimates Recognize and communicate scope and design changes Review vendor drawings Design components or portions of systems and modify existing designs to develop or improve them Gather information, make studies, perform calculations and prepare original rough layouts and sketches to present design proposals Coordinate design criteria with engineering, tooling, material and planning group in accordance with contractual specifications May assist supervisor in accomplishing field design work to ascertain current conditions, locate new systems and communicate with client personnel May lead a section or group of designers/drafters, usually on a single project in a specialized field Interact with internal and client personnel Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 10 – 15+ years experience in Piping Design Proficient in S3D or Plant 3D #IND The Bergaila Companies #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bergaila Companies
