We specialize in helping properties recover from damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. As we grow, we’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant .

This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B outreach, community engagement, and media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan online and traditional marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal team members and external service providers (e.g., SEO specialists, Yelp partners, graphic designers).
• Write and update content for the company website, including service pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Oversee and coordinate website layout, design updates, and functionality improvements in collaboration with the website designer.
• Conduct outreach to property management companies, HOAs, insurance agencies, and industry partners to generate leads and build relationships.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Support public relations efforts including writing press releases, coordinating media outreach, and submitting to local publications.
• Help coordinate networking events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community involvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize online listings (e.g., Google Business Profile, BBB, Yelp, and industry-specific directories).
• Maintain and update media and contact lists; track PR and marketing campaign coverage.
• Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and communications to clients and partners.
• Monitor and report on analytics and performance metrics for marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, or similar).
• Comfortable making professional outreach calls and emails to business contacts.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Coursework or experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of property restoration, real estate, or property management industries is a bonus.
